Geostanne FC struck prime form as they handed out a 3-0 defeat to Steadfast ADC in a Third Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) League – 2012-13, played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Tuesday.
Dictating terms from the outset, Geostanne hit the target through the efforts of Utrkrash Kaushik, Hafeez Elias and Akshay Kapse, all scoring a goal each.
Later in the day, South Kickers FC also romped to an easy 2-0 victory against S.J.U. Mandal. Abdul Kadir Mithiza and Aushitosh Jadhav netted a goal apiece to seal South Kickers’ win.
